Went to shop randomly to purchase s exhaust fan for bathroom and have to wait for 30 minutes to get the product. While delivering the product the female staff was very arrogant and stating that the product cannot be returned back at any cost. Unfortunately I mistakenly brought a over sized fan and while we went to shop for return it again we've to wait for 30 minutes. As we don't have the gurantee card the product was not accepted for return and we have got an acknowledgement from the staff that I will search for the gurantee card else I'll collect it the original fan Till now due to some unavoidable situation I am unable to go to shop and collect it and no call received for the same from shop They don't feel guilty and concentrate on bulk purchases and vendors Very poor experience
They have genuine spares and competitive prices. But the service person SAM doesn't treat the customer properly. I was their longtime customer Bcz of this guys attitude i had to switch to their competitors.
Genuine products and comparatively prices very lower than other shops service also very good and neat
