World's most worst transportation agency = Maa Annapurna Transport Agency, I got my materials from Kolkata to Agartala in 20 days. The official are rude and they don't know how to talk. If you take there vehicle for home delivery they will treat you like dogs. Specially the godown in charge of Badharghat Godown, he is the worst person. I didn't take his know tempo for delivery he just talk with me like I am a dog gone to him for food.
more interested in freight collection but not to delivery. we can't remember same day delivery, some times after 2 working days takes after received freight charges.
You have to harras in there office..i didn't take anything by them...they busy with there talking & mobile and other busy with there work .they didn't respond at all properly. They think that we didn't have any work .
