I was Booked My Parcel door delivery from Hyderabad to Guntur 10-12-2025 the parcel was recevied at VRL Office 13-12-2025 till now they are not delivered the parcel and their Office no which is menction in online and LR Copy that no not working. I call to Hyd vrl booking person he give to another no i try to call that person he is also given another manager no he is also given to another no. And he is also given another no. No bady they feel respoancible in their duties. One person finilly given answering and he said i will send your parcel today. Unfortunately he was also not send parcel he is also said to given another no,, ‍♂️ for the first time seeing very good firm employees behave like this. In my life i don't suggest for any one to book for this VRL Logistics. For this kind of poor service.

Werest service. No one lift the phone We book door dwlevery. From received after 3 days. Not delivered. Pay door delevery 750 . But taken my own transport. We pay extra. No one response. Don't book any one VRL

The Worst Delivery Service. Even after ordering the consignment on Door to Door Delivery . The staff do not respond and very careless about the consignment. They demand extra charges for the mistakes they have done. They deliver Door to Door delivery after 8 Pm. We said we will complain about this to VRL Head office and they recklessly said do what you want to do. Such a worst Service
