We had a highly disappointing experience with Shiva Global Relocation l pvt Ltd operating via Gateway Logistics (Ahmedabad sub-branch). We never contacted Gateway Logistics, having chats with your office staff.... We contacted Your company and your staff arranged this transport without our knowledge .... And your team so smart never shared any document stating Shiva Global...So when we complain there will be no proof! Got your sales person number from Just dial... And had a long conversation before placing an order . But he never mentioned using other transport company. At the end when we suffered loss.

Excellent packing and moving service! They took extra care with our items and delivered before time without a scratch. The were very friendly and helpful, Best value for money, their pricing was transparent and the overall experience was hassle-free.

**Beware of Dishonest Practices!** I recently used Shiva Global Relocation to send my belongings from Delhi to Bengaluru, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, they quoted a reasonable price of ₹1100, which later mysteriously ballooned to ₹1500 upon receiving my items. But the surprises didn't end there. After handing over my belongings, I was slapped with a revised bill of ₹1900! (Unfortunately I did not learn from my past experience, they already did the same thing multiple times, quoting higher weight or dimension - this time I measured everything) To add insult to injury, despite their promises of delivery attempts, I received no notifications from their supposed attempts, as confirmed by my society's MyGate system. Yet, they shamelessly demanded an extra ₹800 per day as halting charges, falsely claiming multiple attempts. Their lack of transparency, deceitful pricing tactics, and downright dishonesty make them a courier service to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reputable and trustworthy alternative. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Beware and steer clear of Shiva Global.

TOTALLY FRAUD .THEY DAMAGED (DEEP SCRATCHES ON 02 DOORS of CAR) MY CAR DURING TRANSPORT FROM BANGALORE TO VADODARA AND EVEN AFTER SHARING VIDEOS PHOTOS OF ALL DAMAGE for last 01 month since 5 APRIL 2025, have no response and stopped picking phone also. ADVISE NOBODY TO USE SERVICES OF SHIVA GLOABL AS WELL AS GATEWAY LOGISTICS -BOTH ARE ONE AND SAME AND FRAUD ONLY. BEWARE OF MR AJAY IN BANGALORE HUB OF BOTH COMPANIES

It's a fraud company and they don't have their own transportation services. I had booked a shipment with them first and it was the worst decision I had made in terms of logistics. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and there are plenty of other options. They changed the transport cost from 2700 to 10000 after the pickup of goods when it was on its way to Sri nagar, and when I refused to pay 10000 for the same shipment they threatened to have the goods auctioned off. They also won't tell you that it's not actually them that does the logistics instead it Gati and they are just a marketing agency not logistics.

They are a fraud agency. They are not transporters, they are just the middle man who book transportation services from other shipping agencies like gati, spot on, delivery etc who do the actual shipping and they will charge you double of what is actually the charge. They will lure you by giving you very low rates and once you have booked their services they will charge you double of the initial rate by making up random technical errors and make it seem like the fault was on the customers end, and if the customer refuses to pay double the amount they threatened you that they will take your goods and sell them in auction at which point the client has no choice but to pay them what they are being charged or lose their goods. They gave me the worst shipping experience of my life and i strongly recommend not using this fraud agency.
