Customer service is not good at all. Online learner licence application was done .. Payment and every thing was done but i could not recieved any learner licence number .... I;ve been waiting here over a month ... Verybad service

Good..systematic timely work...i have applied for Driving licence...process is visit dto office ..take form ...put required documents (aadhar,dob supporting doc,vc sign residence proof)...submit time is 10:00 to 10:30am...next go on time given next week..collect ur verified form and summit to transport officer and same same lecture of traffic rule between 12 to 1pm will be and attend..3-4 week later u will get ur leaner licence...then visit after 1month...with learner take form 4 fill that form then summit..we will be called next week...test ride and some questions will be asked ..then we will get final licence....
Worst staff ever, won't answer questions but start scolding, almost every staffs are ill tempered
A bit crowded but the workers managed it well
