Bad experience Over service charge I am going to aps to send my 4 alloys and the behavior of its staff was very bad. So I sent alloys to him, cumbum was sent, but they sent 3 of them there The remaining one was missed and then there was no proper response from their side, they called and did not pick up the phone and so after one week, the missed alloy arrived there, the customer did not call us bad.

Worst service I have ever used No proper customer support Took 20 days to deliver a parcel Taking high money Very poor service Please don't use APS Hated it The worst courier and cargo service in whole india. They took 20 days to deliver cargo to Kerala. No customer care attends calls properly. Very slow transit. And very costly for this worst service. Use this service at your own risk! Better use any other service.

Don't ever ship a motorcycle with APS (same applies for all parcel services), since i have my bad experience with APS - Alappuzha. Was shipping my RE Himalayan to Trivandrum as usually I drive and that time i was not home. The guys at (***another service***) told me that they are afraid and is not going to take the responsibility to pack and parcel the bike. When I went to APS, they also told me like some minor bends or scratches (MINOR) can occur due to the very unlikely. And the packing guy was very much sure that nothing is gonna happen as he had himself packed many RE's. So I was also pretty much confident and convinced. Firstly, he told me that it would reach by Monday as I was shipping it on Saturday (2 days) but I received it on Wednesday only (4 days). Well I was OK with that and forgave them. Then after they unpacked my bike at TVM, the left rear view mirror was COMPLETELY SHATTERED to pieces, The right mirror had huge scratches, The rear number plate was bend, The petrol tank had a small dent, and the bottom of the odometer, where the mirror was kept was scratched heavily. I called em and they were like it's my responsibility and they are not at all ready to take any responsibility of their own, not even the packaging. I only complained about the mirror to the manager as the rest I ditched. He also heard me and was like it's not their problem and my responsibility. You could have drove it to TVM and all. Is a regular customer for past 7 months. Didn't find any issues in delivery. Facility is not well built and even in their root they are not providing door delivery.

Excellent customer service and speed special care.... Especially Mr Arunkumar... Manager of Alappuzha.... For parcel service no other option only Alappey Parcel service.
