I know now why they have such a huge rating ... We availed their services on 27th and 28th Dec .. While all other agencies were not reponsive .. they were spot on with first customer service even when I was calling them just a day earlier. The proprietor Mr. VIKAS .. very very professional. Prompt on calls, whatsapp. We had 2 diff drivers on 2 days as we decided pretty late in the day on 27th for 28th. Drivers - Right feom taking us to right places, going deep inside Golden temple gullies ... being very polite, helpful, well mannered. One of the best services. Sahil and Navtej - excellent, professional and highly skilled drivers. We were 6 - quite a lot of luggage for domestic travel - but all managed soo well. Super neat and clean cars .. 5 star all in all. THANK YOU !!
