Fast and safty service
So many charges , loading, unloading, transport charges again pick up location loading, unloading....I got receipt with 800 ,but finally it goes 1620....they don't told any hidden charges.After we gave parcel then slowly revealed all charges
Too much charged for transportation,there is no response to the phone calls ,live status consignment checking is very poor, overall I give 0 ⭐ ⭐ for this navata , please go to other cargo or other best & affordable
Very worest transport,i never seen this kind of delivery, cost wise too much charges, delivery takes upto 10 days, there is no proper live status updates in the app , totally my experience with navata is 0 ⭐ rating
Worst transport.. Had a bad experience with navata.. They transported my two wheeler from guntur to ananthapur for 5 days with all of damages.. they don't want to take care of other materials.. they just want to transport not to safe deliver it.. If you chose navata.. Just go for it without hoping safe deliver.. Too bad and worste transport system

In navatha transport employees are behaving very bad and the hamali guys are demanding customers We are monthly giving huge transport regularly but they are behaving very bad. There is any chance to given zero rating defiantly I preferred to give zero rating Their response is also very bad
