I am extremely disappointed with Asian Roadways' service. I dispatched material from Jammu to Kashmir a week ago, expecting it to arrive within two days. However, after seven days, my materials are still missing. Despite repeated attempts to contact their customer service, I have been met with excuses and lack of accountability. I have been transferred from one person to another, all providing the same unhelpful responses. The worst part is that this material was crucial for a wedding that is happening tomorrow. The negligence from Asian Roadways has caused immense stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise others to avoid using their services at all costs.
