The staff is knowledgeable and professional, making the process smooth and hassle-free. I appreciate their dedication to ensuring road safety and compliance with regulations.

Average office!They are sincere as compared to other offices but most of their behaviours are not good & misbehaving with people's.RTO officer Rashmi Dalabehara is also very arrogant person & don't help persons in problem even if they are requesting very sadly.If you are owning any old vehicle by your passion but they will ask you to cancel rc.This is wrong if your vehicle is old but maintaing all rules and guidelines,then you have no right to say/force anyone to scrap his vehicle.This is completely wrong by their authority.

Govt office.This office is apply Driving License, Renewal DL, Rc,Fitness.All Transport Department Work Here. Not good toilet for women and a suficent parking Area for Two wheeler But nothing sufficient for Big Vechile.Fornt of the office is Bike parking and side was for DL test Bike/Cars.Back side of RTO office is for Capturing photo&sign.Enter the office 1st Right is Cash Deposit and other work.

The work of inforcement department is very fast.. and the staff behavior is also good.

Good place day to day improvised the place but need to introduce the parking for visitors. Inside premises all staff are more helpful and display system introduce like passport Deva which help the candidate for their services. Delay in services and No updates from authority for any change in services this makes me to give 3 star otherwise all service are good.

Rules are really strict now. Especially the LL part. & for DL test see the pic for practical test.

Some of the staff are irresponsible and not punctual. The officers are helpless about them. Some staff hesitate to explain things. The website says no hardcopy required. But the staff demand it. However technology has made things easy both for public and the staff. The office premises looks pale and dirty.
