Overall, I'd give [Krupa packers & movers ] a solid 5 out of 5 stars. The team arrived on time and was very professional and efficient in packing our household goods. The packaging was secure, and all items arrived safely without damage. However, I wish there had been a bit more communication on the day of the move regarding the exact arrival time. I would still recommend them for their quality service and reasonable prices, especially for local or interstate shifting."

I can give negative stars for these people!!! Pathetic!!! This is their packaging!! Inspite of many requests, very overconfidently they said look how I'll package and deliver. Inspite of telling constantly to bubble wrap or securely wrap the fridge these nutheads had no commonsense and don't listen to the owners. They think they know it all and even if we pay as much as they demand before pickup, they still end up sending the package in this condition. Who is responsible for this? Who will bear the damages. Worst experience!!!! You are blaming the transport people? Didn't I pay to your account? Isn't it your responsibility to make sure that the fridge worth 65k should reach me safely? Why did you not comply with our request to bubble wrap it or put thermocol before you covered it with cardboard? Isn't it you people who packed it? Worst packing you did. Customer is not stupid. We also have experience of moving things before. So if we request you to bubble wrap it you could have said it'll cost lil extra and we would have paid for the bubble wrap, if you were incapable. As a service provider you failed terribly. And instead of owning up to your mistake you are blaming the transport people? What indication have you given to handle it carefully? You didn't bubble wrap or write "FRAGILE! HANDLE WITH CARE" on it. You disregarded our requests and now you are blaming the transport company? What action have you taken? Didn't even have the guts to apologise when I called you, instead you said you'll call in 30mins and never called? Where is accountability for your actions? You think with this attitude and arrogance your business will grow? Learn to take responsibility and learn to listen to the customer then may be there is a chance for you to be successful in life. Otherwise you are not cut out for business!

Worst experience. Very arrogant people. They don’t know how to pack delicate items and don’t listen to what we say. Even after repeated requests to cover the vehicle properly as there was rain, they didn’t listen. Most of the items including tv were wet by the time they reached the destination. We were fooled by the reviews. Has the audacity to come to the house and do a scene for posting this review. So, whoever is booking these guys, be ready to face these kind of consequences.
