Worst service. I recently booked Indian Relocation Packers for my house shifting on 02/11/2025 (Sunday). Before confirming, I clearly informed them about all big items, that the move would be from 3rd floor to 1st floor, and that 75% of the packing was already done. They quoted me ₹6,000 for 3 persons and a start time of 5:00 PM. However, the team arrived late at 6:30 PM, and after seeing the items, they suddenly increased the quote to ₹9,000, saying they needed 6 persons instead of 3. The unloading was completed around 12:30 AM, and half the loading at the new house was done by 1:30 AM. They then informed us that the remaining items would be moved the next day (03/11/2025, Monday) — and demanded an additional ₹3,000. Half of the Items were left in Parking lot and left for the day. This experience felt very unprofessional and misleading. The entire process could have been completed in 5–6 hours, given the short distance, but delays and last-minute price hikes made it stressful and disappointing. I would advise others to confirm all costs and details in writing before booking to avoid similar issues.
