Worst experience in dealing with them. The staff just over promises on our order and never delivered the car. At last we had to cancel the order and move to another dealer in getting our car.

Their staff's behavior is like owner of the customer. They're doing as they thing. Service level is very poor and gaining cost only. It my strong suggestion to avoid ideal tata motors muzaffarpur.

Very bad experience of payment, if you do payment through card they will ask extra charges. The same is not being done at other service centre. If you want to do any complain you need to wait for GM to meet.
