Just look for the minor scratches on the car before and take a good photo of it even if they took photos from their end , overall experience was the best.

*** Please read my horrible experience carefully before taking any car from here *** On the day of 9th November 2025 I got their number from a local friend and contacted them for a Maruti Swift but ultimately chosen the Hyundai Venue. Paid total amount of Rs 4300 (Rs 2000 Booking + Rs 2000 Security Deposit + Rs 300 Toll) everything was going smoothly but in an open parking in Puri a bamboo carrying mini van made a very small dent on the boot door, it was barely visible as its a white car and most of them would ignore it. Coming back to return, it was around 11 PM. The person who received the car from me demanded Rs 5300 (Extra Rs 3300 as Rs 2000 was already deducted from security deposit) for the alleged damage. I asked why this much, he told me to take the car back and get it fixed from Hyundai which will cost Rs 7000. He knew my situation that I have a train to catch next day early morning. I argued with them but eventually paid due to lack of time and exhaustion. Also there was petrol remaining at least around for Rs 500-600, when I informed it, the guy responded coldly as nothing can happen with that. Next day I texted with the explanation to the person whom I contacted in RIDEUS but as expected he did not respond. Now there are couple of points 1. They generally never fix anything as you will see the scratches and dents are already there in every car but they sure must have taken money from customers to fix it. 2. No accountability or transparency on how the money is spend or going to be used, it's just extortion because they have muscle on ground. 3. Even if there is visible damage why should the customer pay for the entire cosmetic fix from the OEM, external fixes can be done in local garage. 4. They will behave nicely initially but will eat your money and put pressure while returning the vehicle. Please avoid them at any cost, but if you really want to take and want peace of mind accept these points from beginning. 1. Forget your security deposit and get ready to pay more. Depends upon the car taken you have to pay Rs 5000 - Rs 15000 accordingly even on minor or invisible alleged damage. 2. Check with them about the dents & scratches policies (they might not give you a straight one) 3. Never fill the tank above, lesser is even better, take out the petrol if filled more than enough. 4. Avoid self driving cars and go for local or app based cabs if you don't want to spend extra money because the initial story would look smooth but you will face a significant hassle afterwards. P.S. They are running a borderline illegal business as white number plates are not allowed to be enlisted for commercial purposes. They will try to extort as much amount as possible when the table is not on your side. I have had dicy experience with Zoomcar as well but they generally take full accountability and show transparency.

I recently rented a Hyundai i20 with an automatic transmission from Rideus for a 5-day trip and the entire process from booking to delivery was smooth and efficient. Booked directly by contacting the cell number available on the website 3 days before and the team responded promptly. The car was ready for pickup on time, which I greatly appreciated. They provided Airport pickup and drop off service. Performance-wise, the car was smooth and dependable throughout the trip. The security deposit of 2000 was refunded after 24 hours, but I had to call them 2-3 times. Overall, Rideus offered a reliable and convenient experience and I would certainly consider renting from them again.

Worst rental service in Bhubaneswar. Booked a car and just cancelled within 1 hour. When asked about the refund process they told me to mail. Even after 6 days no further details present whether I will get my money back how much money I will get or something. Called several times, everytime "batauchi pachariki batauchi" like that always. 500 minus just because I have booked. Very pathetic behaviour by customer support. Totally not recommended for any kind of service from this company. Moreover, they don't pick up the call always..... Just according to their interest they pick up. Book your rental car at your own risk.

We booked a Thar. It was in very good condition. Had a great experience. We got picked up from the airport. Also the refund was processed within few hours.

All cars are well maintained and with clear documents. I have taken car from them 3 times in last 1 year and every time for minimum of 8 days. Never faced any issue.
