I had an extremely unpleasant and unsafe experience with this service in Bhubaneswar. We booked a car in advance and paid the advance amount, but on the morning of our trip the driver suddenly informed us that the vehicle was "not available". He demanded extra money for another car and when we questioned him, he started threatening us. He even said he would come to our hotel and that we were tourists while he was a local. This behaviour was completely unacceptable and frightening. After we cancelled the booking, they also refused to return our advance. Highly unprofessional and unsafe — I strongly advise others not to book with them.

Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Service I had booked a car in for my trip to Bhubaneswar and even paid the advance amount. But on the morning of the trip, the driver Satyajit Rana called and said the car was "not available." He then demanded extra money if I wanted another vehicle. When I questioned him about this, he started arguing and even threatened us. After canceling the ride, they didn’t return our advance payment. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. The company is unreliable, unprofessional, and tries to take advantage of customers at the last moment. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Dangerous, not recommend it's a scam They will first ask you advance and cancel their service 1 hour before your your time and ask for more money if you argue with them they Will threaten you and will never return your advance My whole trip was ruined horrible experience in bhubaneswar. Driver is so pathetic.... He dropped us with our car at early evening and refused to keep the car at our own garage & said he doesn't know how to drive the car through the slope of garage as it is little elevated...... And the owner of this didn't pick up the phone after calling so many times ..... Ridiculous behaviour and nonsense attitude

I’d booked a car with a advance payment of ₹500 from Safety India Driver and decided to pay ₹2700 for whole day Bhubaneswar outing then at the day of journey, 1Hr before driver called and told us your car booking has been cancelled and there is there is no alternate car. After some time he again called and demanded extra fare (₹3300) for same car we have booked. At that moment we confirmed the booking because we don’t have an any option and searching for another car booking and got a booking with lesser amount than 3300. So, we immediately called the previously booked driver to cancel the booking whose name is SATYAJIT RANA, he said driver left to pick you so you cannot cancel the booking and said if you want to cancel he’ll keep ₹200 from the advance booking but in actual in haven’t returned our remaining ₹300 and when we called him he said ‘will talk you at your hotel location ‘ we don’t have enough time to wait and talk to him so as we booked another car we left for the trip and then called the agency to get return of our ₹300 again same response from the agency they said we are not going to return your ₹300, they have kept all ₹500 advanced and said don’t call us again. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ll not recommend this service to anyone. Requesting to Safety India Driver return our ₹500.
