Extremely Disappointed – Worst Service Experience Ever We had booked our house shifting service for yesterday at 10:00 AM. What followed was an absolute nightmare. We waited from early morning, and instead of arriving, your team kept changing the timing repeatedly – first to 11:00 AM, then 12:00 PM, then 2:00 PM, then 4:00 PM, and finally 8:00 PM. Even worse, you had the audacity to call our elderly parents (who are above 60 years old) and mislead them with these constantly shifting promises. To top it off, your team switched off their phones and became completely unreachable. This is beyond unprofessional – it’s irresponsible and unacceptable. If you can’t provide a reliable service, you shouldn’t be taking bookings. Stop making fake promises and playing with people’s time and trust. You caused immense stress to our family, especially to our senior parents who were made to wait the entire day. Please take accountability for your actions and improve your service or shut it down. You’re damaging lives, not just delivering goods. Here they are asking atleast to select one star thats why i gave one star or else i will put 0 star
