Fraud transport… I booked one parcel from chennai to tenkasi. In bill they mentioned 1600. But they asked me to pay 1900 and unloading mentioned in the bill like 75 rupee’s but when I take my parcel they asked 200 rupees. I argue with that person check the bill they doest and they rudely behaved..whom I contact this type of fraud… then why they are giving bill…no one take the call they simply tell you can check with office…if I called na they didn’t pick up… 425 rupees I paid without bill. Single parcel itself 425 na… per day howmany parcel,,, per month. Per year, these many years….without paying tax to government… and I lost my money.

The lady staff handling telephone queries is very polite and friendly. Easy to locate in GST road. Quick service. UPI payment option is a plus for hassle free payment. Online feedback from them starting from receipt of parcel till delivery is a good initiative.

I used this transport service for bring my fridge and water purifier.I disappointed with their charges for the service.Especially delivery process was worst.when I spoke with the transport delivery person he told me that for our products alone the vehicle will be coming to our location.So due to that he asked 600rs. But when the vehicle reached to my location I noticed there were other products to be delivered.so they are cheating about the transport charges.Inside of the glass item has broken in the fridge. And they opened the product which we packed.And after they checked they didn’t pack back properly. We only helped to unload the product. But they said they will place the product.overall unprofessional and worst service.Try to be true to the customer.

Their given phone numbers are either switched off or not attended even for urgent queries. Very much disappointed about the communication break. No surprise ..a growing company not caring the customers. It’s important for the staff to upkeep the hard earned name and reputation. Apparently, we received our incoming parcel in good shape.

I sent a parcel from Mettupalayam Coimbatore to Chennai, it’s been three days they are not picking the call or giving any update. Very poor customer service. Not recommend

I think it is good to shop goods in this transport not personal belongings and house hold items.

Worst parcel service ever seen, they broke parcel cover and taking cashews like 10kg and blaming to mouse
