Very bad...they don't have time sense we waited 3 hour's very bad experience bed bugs ....very smelling

Worst service by chitradurga office. They took one week just to handover the parcel. They are not commitmented to work and they neglect customers, no proper response by them Dont go with chitradurga VRL You will not get ur parcel on time

If there was a negative rating, I would definitely put that for this place and that person incharge. This guy who deals with is totally unprofessional, doesn't know how to respect people..and doesn't respond properly to people nor gives proper information when seeked.. If possible he will make you only load and unload your things into their vehicles..!! Totally and insanely annoying person!!!

Worst experience every time i visit to this cargo service comparing to SRE this team no coordination and in the couster they dont listen what we say they all critisize the brand name our enterprises do they really want do that they just want to make fun of customers and being rude to tell in every need to do process ,some real changes need to happen in terms of all the process, no updation in process

Sometimes slow work/ work delayed No proper guidance or respone giving to customer. 3 star just because few staff very helpful and few all tell rules for everything. Not customer friendly zone..
