Professional Packers and Transports

I had booked for packing and transport of my household goods from Coimbatore to Dist Sonebhadra, UP, asking specifically for a full truck load without sharing, in March 2017. They are great to talk to, esp, their manager. They came on the scheduled date, packed and loaded the same day. I proceeded to the same destination by car and reached in 4 days. They took about two weeks to reach the destination and many of my goods were scratched, dented and broken (2 steel almirahs, centre table, LCD TV, crockery etc) The quality of packing was pathetic. I came to know that my goods came in a partial load along with other heavy goods, in spite of my request for an unshared transport. The owner and the driver kept lying to me all along. When confronted, I was told that he'd file an insurance claim and refund over and above that, personally too. After more than a month of claiming that they had registered a claim with insurance company, it was discovered that no such claim was registered at the insurance company. I've received nothing so far. My experience has been pathetic with this mover and packer. Pl find someone better, truthful and reliable. I am surprised at the good reviews written here!
