Unfortunately, I had a minor accident during my trip, which was quite stressful. But what really stood out was the incredible support from the owner, Mohsin. He reached the scene immediately, handled the entire situation calmly and politely, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. His professionalism and understanding made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. What impressed me the most was his honesty—he only charged me for the actual damages and nothing extra. On top of that, he even provided a replacement car without any additional cost, ensuring that my trip could continue without disruption. Highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Goa. The experience I had with Goa Cab Car Rental was fantastic! This was the fourth or perhaps the fifth time I have booked with Mohsin & his team. There is no doubt that their service is of the highest quality. We were very pleased with the booking process and the car we were provided with was extremely clean, well-maintained, and in very good condition. I found the staff to be extremely polite, punctual, and very helpful throughout the whole rental process. They made the whole process as stress-free as possible for me. I really liked the transparency of the pricing and the fact that there were no hidden charges at all. I felt complete freedom and comfort when I was driving around Goa in their car. This is an excellent option for anyone who is looking for reliable self-drive options in Goa.

It was a Wonderful Experience!! This was my first experience of renting a car in India. I especially loved the customer service. Mohsin and the team are uber responsive and respectful. I rented two cars over a period of 2 weeks. One was a Automatic (Maruti Swift), while the other one was with manual transmission (Maruti Ertiga). Both cars were in excellent condition. They also provided us with the airport drop-off on both occasions. This will be my go-to agency for all my future rentals in Goa.

Great experience renting the car. Pros : 1. Free delivery and pickup to/from Madgaon station 2. No hassle in refunding the security deposit, in a place like Goa, where security deposit scams are rampant, this is a great plus. Cons : 1. Not a lot of cons, there were some minor issues with the car, but overall in good condition

Excellent service. Promptly delivered the car with minimal calls.. Few other prominent rental agencies did not have delivery agents or affordable cars. We got a pretty worn out car, but it worked quite fine, and had good mileage. Car return process was smooth as well. Trustworthy dealers . Definitely recommended.

I recently visited Goa with my family and rented a self-drive car from this service. The overall experience was excellent! The car was clean, well-maintained, and the booking process was smooth. Their free pick-up and drop service is a big plus, and they were perfectly on time and punctual. I truly appreciate their professional and friendly approach. I booked a Swift petrol car (GA06 T 4935) through Goa car rental service, choosing them based on their high Google rating. However, after this experience, I strongly feel they are not even deserving of a 1-star rating. The vehicle provided was extremely unhygienic, very untidy, and completely covered in dust. During the online booking process, they shared old pictures of the car taken when it was new, which was highly misleading and unethical. I was traveling with my family during our Christmas vacation, and this experience spoiled our mood right at the start of the trip. The service provider knows very well that at the last moment—especially while collecting the car from Madgaon Railway Station—customers cannot reject the vehicle after paying the initial amount. During peak season, arranging an alternative car is nearly impossible, leaving customers with no real choice. Overall, this service was very disappointing, unprofessional, and far below what was promised. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking based solely on their Google ratings. This response is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. "Busy season" is not an excuse to provide a filthy and poorly maintained car. During the same period, I personally saw many other rental services delivering clean and well-kept vehicles. You deliberately shared old photos of the car from when it was new, which is clearly misleading and amounts to cheating customers. The actual condition of the vehicle was unfit for rental, especially for a family. Cars in this condition should be removed from service immediately instead of being rented out.
