I had rented Mahindra Thar for 9 days. Booking and renting was easy. Owner is cool person. Easy to reach and available on WhatsApp whenever required.

I had opted for THAR. Very helpful and accommodating owner. His car is up to date and didn't give any issue.

UNETHICAL & UNRELIABLE CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE I booked a Thar and a Scorpio in February 2025 from this service, paying a total of ₹25,000, including a ₹6,000 security deposit. While the Thar was manageable, the Scorpio (Creta) was in extremely poor condition: Faulty music system Rear left window not working Broken tail light Broken aftermarket reverse camera Check engine light was ON Despite returning the vehicle, my ₹6,000 security deposit has not been refunded to date. Each time I call, I’m told there are "bank issues" and asked to share my QR code — with false promises of payment the next day. Now, the owner has completely stopped taking my calls or replying to messages. This kind of dishonest and careless behavior is unacceptable. I was a potential long-term customer willing to spend over ₹20,000 again, but for just ₹6,000, this person chose to act in such an unprofessional and fraudulent manner. I strongly advise everyone to avoid renting vehicles from this person/service. Don't risk your money or your peace of mind.
