I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this cab service, and I can confidently say it deserves a full 5-star rating! From start to finish, everything was smooth, comfortable, and completely hassle-free. The driver arrived on time and greeted me with a warm, polite attitude that instantly made me feel comfortable. The cab was spotless, spacious, and smelled fresh, which showed how well-maintained it was. Throughout the ride, the driver followed all safety rules, maintained a steady speed, and drove with complete professionalism. I also appreciated how well he knew the routes-there was no unnecessary delay, no confusion, and no wrong turns. The best part was the driver's respectful and friendly behavior; he communicated clearly but never over-talked or made the ride uncomfortable. The entire journey felt safe, relaxing, and enjoyable. Excellent service. They had provided a new vehicle at a very reasonable price and a very supportive driver. My location from the Deoghar to a destination that was quite interior crossing Bhagalpur town. Yet they reached us addressing all our local requirements of stopping at a nice place for food and other local purchases.

Cab provided was very clean and in good condition. Cost was reasonable, we were charged with the standard rate. The cost was not yet influenced by the high number of pilgrims traveling for the Baidyanath temple. The cab was before time and we didn't have to wait at all. The driver, Gopal is very nice and helpful. He was with us the whole day and as we were in Deoghar for a business trip, he helped us during or working sessions as well. We had a tight schedule and we did let him go away with the car, hence he could not eat lunch, but he didn't complained about it at all. He was very enthusiastic and helped us finish the work sooner so that we can go back on time. Thank you for the good service.
