The staff meeting is very helpful n courteous, even in they busy schedule they speak and respond correctly. The location is easy to find and you can find transportation vehicles outside the office itself.
Best service all over India
Very poor service. My parcel was booked from Delhi to dhamtari, at the time of booking they told that it will take 4-5 days to reach, but they took 15 days for delivery.
I loved its services. No breakrage no dagame to my goods. 1 star less coz they provide my bill late.
