No options for tracking, no update on reaching or parcel recieved on their godown, and the best part is no phone number provided to contact them and take update. Is this what you call transport service for people?
Delivery was late. The package I received was torn. Thank God the product was fine. One thing to concern was, the guy on the desk was full of attitude.
Worse courier service in the country so far. It's been a month but unable to track the package and no number to contact.
