Very rude behaviour I suggest don’t use this transport and there sevices are very bad

This is not suitable for transportation of Household items. They dump your Electronics along with salt bags or urea bags. *They charge you equally the amount like other professional courier services. *The management mentality is as the karasa. *They will ask you to load yourself. * They will not give any undertaking. * There will not be any assurance * They stack heavy rice bags on your items and make them buckle and break. *Complaints allowed but will not be addressed *You will be blackmailed not to file a complaint, if you want a missed consignment. * After delivering your items in a defective condition. The staff itself will tell you made bad choice by selecting Navata. *They say there will not be any insurance for House hold items. My brand new washing machine is fully damaged because of this transport company. I regret for what I did.
The hamali charges are too high 60rupees for 50:kgs.. one needs to pay during loading and unloading of the goods...they don't even inform these in beforehand

Good transport only problem they charging for hamali for each 50kg consignment 20rs extra from sender and reciver home delivery facility also there .
Bad service.they don't even call back when ur goods arrive
