Best travel... Amazing journey from Hyderabad to Hubli
They are really worst please never use VRL travels. My bus was cancelled two times and one time breakdown but they never provided refund for anything. There customer service support is more rude and worst. Trust me you never enjoy your journey when it comes to VRL
They are the safest and also have cleanyst washrooms atlist for ladies.. they only stop in their authorized location.. there Buses are little old but stil safest when u travel with family..
Worst experience Volvo bus coolant leak attended after 2 hrs. Pipe once again failed after 1.30hrs no support from VRL . Add to abandon the journey and take a private cab
Bus Service is good and timing Try to improve seat Quality for long journeys
Buses are not on time ( my bus was late 1.5 hours )
