Regional Transport Office - Gaya

Very unsatisfied and pathetic situation here as one can hardly get his work done without the help of middle man as My experience with the staff of Counter no 09 is very unsatisfied that creates situation to look for middle man to get your work done. He hardly available in his cabin and just hang out outside created irritation as I found him after thrice attempt but his poor response I had to go for middle man. I request to all officials to look into this matter and do the needful ,So that a common man get his work done hassle free. I will also tweet to the higher authorities to draw their concern.

Very bad service in gaya rto. My driving licence issued in 2018 but I can't found in any online platform like mparivahan. when I visited rto, staff told me that write a application for backlog entry and attach related documents. I was submitted my application last year but nothing happens till now. When I visit the rto for quiry they told me there are no application from myside they lost my application and told that. Very wrost service from RTO I rate it in negative 5 ratings.

Jamuna bus no. 7627 from gaya railway station to Chatra his ticket agent is very rudely behave and 12 -14 passenger in cabin .cabin has 7-8 seat likely. Today I am also suffering this type of problems. He was also cutting more bus rent.

Present in collectorate office. There are many government offices like RTO office, tax office, gun licence office, RTI office, land grivence office, statistical office, minority, ST, SC, OBC's upliftment office, DDC office and all the offices are interlinked with each other. There is no any parking regulation inside and all the vehicles are parked here and there according to vehicle owner satisfaction. Officers are not very supportive and do not provide essential information when asked again and talks in a rude way. Usually very crowded. Offices are clean but washroom needs to be more clean.

Nothing is on time. Full of red tapish. No communication skills. But what to do, they treat themselves not as public servent but as a father of public.
