The worst guy unprofessional service. I had to please him even after me paying him. I had to give him 1 star because I don’t have an option to put 0 star. Basically he is dying for money and scamming people for more money. Finally I would suggest you people to please don’t take vehicles from this guy please

FYI - This is the 1st time I'm writing a negative review. Had to give one star, but if I could, I'd be rating them '-10' tbh. The car wouldn't start after a point. We rented 2 cars, same problem with both. When we called to report the problem, the person shouts 'Mujhe mat sikha' (Don't teach me). Then he tells us that you don't know how to drive and you drained the battery, so it's your problem. And mind you, this is happening with both the cars, so apparently, apart from these idiots, no one knows how to drive! And when we asked his name, he says, Naam jaanke kya hi kar loge and then abruptly ends the call. Such horrible service, such uncooperative and rude idiots. How has this company even survived this long! Just save your money and your time.

The worst service provided by this rent owner. We took Baleno for three days where t got stopped due to battery problem and they were rude when we asked for help and they charged extra 3500 for a small scratch. Please don't buy or rent any vehicle. This is the worst and most rude customer service. This is a complete fraud.

We hired a scooty from this transport through one of my friend. At first we agreed to the price of Rs 350 however we had to extend it for 2 more days to which he agreed at first over the call. However when we went to return the scooty they charged us at rs 500 per day.. They are fraud and cheaters and not only him others around goa are fraud as they follow the same trend everywhere. On palolam beach the resort person confirmed the room for Rs 1000 after visiting the room they changed the price to Rs. 2500. most of the bike rent transport owners are fraud at Panamji Old Goa. #Fraudcompany #cheatcompany #420

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Bike wouldn't start, called the owner and he started yelling at me saying I wouldn't have used it and made the battery down, even though I had just taken the Aviator last night. AWFUL, RUDE OWNER, don't buy from here. The speedometer was also not working. They wouldn't even replace the scooty, just buy from any other shop on the same road.

Very bad. They were charging variable money and looting outsiders by taking higher charges against tickets offline.

They are waste of time and money there charge is extra always with bad service....... don't rent any vehicle here I took a jeep and upon telling the prob they were like idk talk to owner so thy don't own anything but for cash thy will take such drama....
