Hi all the readers, My experience was good. If you are afraid of the reviews. Let me tell you my experience. I booked a car transfer from DDN to HYD (2000KM). I got the least quote amount after calling many porters. I gave the car to them then checked the review and I was in worry after reading review. My Vehicle got to me in very nice condition. No stolen petrol. No tire change, delivery on time, etc. Tips I would give you. This transportation business is very loose coupled and not properly regulated. The business operator is not having control over the actual boys who transport the vehicle. 1. Try not to hand over the vehicle from home. Try to get it transported from one big city to another big city so that vehicle is not shifted in between from one container to another container. 2. When vehicle reach your city there is a boundary from which big transporter truck can not enter the city like in HYD, the truck was not allowed to pass ORR(Outer Ring Road) and enter the city. They will hire a boy who will drive that vehicle to you. Don't do that. Collect the vehicle yourself from the truck driver itself. 3. All the wrong things can happen when the car is outside the container. Try on load the car in front of you from a big city like. Gurgaon to a HYD, or like big city to big city.

ZERO STAR, I would have given -100 stars for their service. I am extremely disappointed with the overall service. From start to finish, the experience has been frustrating and far below expectations. The transport from Kolkata to Delhi took nearly 20 days, with repeated delays and no proper updates. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. The tracking system stopped working midway, leaving me with no visibility of my car’s status. To make matters worse, when I finally saw my vehicle, it looked as if it had been transported in a garbage truck. This level of handling is completely unacceptable for a service that is supposed to prioritize care and professionalism. Every department failed to deliver even basic service quality — delays, lack of communication, zero transparency, and careless handling of the vehicle. I had to constantly chase customer support for updates, particularly someone named Kiran, who barely responded to my calls or messages. I genuinely regret choosing this service and hope the company takes this feedback seriously. Customers trust you with their vehicles, and this level of service is simply not acceptable.

*I have shifted my Renault Kwid from Chennai to Vishakapatnam. Found shifting done smoothly without any disputes, damages or delays. *Door to door pickup & delivery is very usefull for us. *Materials kept in the car was safely arrived. One suggestion - *Totaly 5 payments for toll gate has been debited from my Fastag due to container which they shifted my car was not metal (side doors) - they have to educate their service team to how to avoid such things.

Vehicleshift is a great service provider. They seem to be evolving but to my experince they provided extraordinary services. I got my Audi A6 delivered from Hyderabad to Navi Mumbai without any dent and scratch.
