Not a single cs no. Working. It's been 3weeks now from panipat and still no updates. Tried every possible no. Provided but non working. The only working no. Ask to video call and screen share my phone and said that is the process to raise a complaint. What a waste.

The behavior of both the girls in Guwahati office is very bad towards the customers, every time both the girls give negative answers to the customers.

Guwahati staff are too poor for helpling their customers . Very rude customer support services in Guwahati. So, kindly request you nobody should choose this logistics or transportation services from MATA TRANSPORT.

Help Yourself by not using this transport Service. There is no pros and lots of cons using their network 1. You will be treated like a trash when you call them or even if you visit their office. 2. Most important Parcels never reach in time.

Does not value customers time. I booked a parcel from Panipat to Shillong on 24th November 2020, I called them to check the status on 5th Dec.2020 and to my shock the parcel was still languishing in their warehouse at Panipat. Very Unprofessional. Never use MATA' service . No way to track shipment online.

I have had a very bad experience with them, one of their staff was very rude & unprofessional. They quarrel with eachother in front of customers. Pathetic Service.

The transport is nice but in their godown's staff are not good. They don't give a quick service. They don't give all types of facilities like others transport company gives that.
