I had a very good experience with this transportation firm. The deliveries were well-maintained, deliveries were on time, and communication was clear throughout the process.
Pathetic experience, no transparency, hold luggage for more than a week and no timely update. On booking no advance was asked in the mid unloaded the luggage and forwarding will happen if pay 80% of the total amount otherwise pick luggage by yourself.
They didn't loaded my luggage since one week. All my goods are kept with them, and not proper responding on call
