I had a very disappointing experience with this transport service. The staff showed extremely poor and unprofessional behaviour, and the owner wasted a lot of my time without giving any proper response or updates. Even worse, they demanded extra money despite my order already being prepaid, which is completely unacceptable and unethical. I would never recommend this service to anyone. There are far better and more reliable transport providers out there. Very bad experience overall.
