Avoid Swastik Packers and Movers at All Costs I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Swastik Packers and Movers for my relocation, and it was an absolute disaster. From start to finish, their services were nothing short of appalling. First and foremost, their packing service was abysmal. Not only did they fail to properly secure my belongings, resulting in damage to my side table and several other items, but they also demonstrated a complete lack of care and attention to detail. To add insult to injury, they refused to install my bed upon arrival at the new location, citing nonsensical reasons about it being China made. This should have been communicated beforehand, but instead, I was left stranded without a properly assembled bed. Furthermore, despite purchasing insurance for the transport service, the person in charge, Aman, was utterly incompetent and negligent. He not only failed to assist with the insurance claim process but also absolved himself of any responsibility for rectifying the situation or ensuring the bed installation. In summary, my experience with Swastik Packers and Movers was a nightmare from start to finish. Their poor packing service, lack of communication regarding bed installation limitations, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction highlight their utter incompetence and unprofessionalism. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.
