If I could give negative stars, I would. This is not a moving company but a complete scam wrapped in fake 5-star reviews. Signing up with them was the worst mistake imaginable. Not only were multiple items damaged beyond repair, but several were outright stolen. Yes, stolen. Landscaping tools? Looted. Soft furnishings? Missing. Kitchenware? A complete disaster – oil leaked, grains spilled, flour smeared over our clothes because they were too lazy or too cheap to use proper packing materials. Glass containers? Shattered. Metal boxes? Scratched all over. Fridge? Dented. Sofa? Soaked in rainwater due to horrible packing – the fabric still hasn’t dried. Their staff? Completely untrained and shockingly unprofessional not just in handling fragile items, but even in how they speak to customers. They stuffed expensive wall art into oversized boxes with zero padding, resulting in over half the artwork getting destroyed. And who in their right mind uses photo frames as a base layer in a moving box? This is not just it, they funnily don’t even have their own boxes, there are barely 4 boxes out of more than 20 that had their name on it. Rest? Bought frok grocery stores with haldirams, kellogs and what not branded. As if that wasn’t enough, they also managed to break the flap of one if our our AC unit, which now requires thousands of rupees in repair costs. That kind of negligence isn’t just frustrating but outright unacceptable. Finally came the delivery, delayed by JUST 2 days. The driver took a nice detour to another city when we called and conveniently lied that he has reached while kept us waiting. They will promise a truck separate for you but it won’t be. The truck will be shared between multiple parties and you will know this when the truck gates are opened to see that there is an odd space empty which wasn’t the cade when packed till the end. They will throw items abruptly to make space for accommodating another naive customer. We trusted this company based on fake online ratings, now we know better. If you care even remotely about your belongings, stay away. Save yourself the trauma, the damage, and the financial loss. You'll end up replacing half your household items and regretting every moment of this experience. A complete disaster from start to finish.

Worst service i had orders new scooty not a second hand scooty their was so much scratch and delivery was also to late 0 rating is also less for this type of service i dont know how people are giving such a 5 star rating i dont think that the ratings are real and the delivery i get was also unpacked as the driver and my father was saying this type of service they are providing at the time i ask for the packed scooty they started saying sir wait for a minute we are sending and at last i get my delivery that was unpacked

Their packer and mover service is very good and they complete the work on the date they promise. Along with that, the staff and delivery service are also very good.

Edit 4:- Just look at the pattern of 5 star ratings, most of them have given only 1-2 reviews and their review has 30+ helpful votes. Compare this with any other business on google you will never find those many helpful votes. All are paid and fake. Edit 3:- All the fake reviewers, have given only one review on google. Edit 2:- Don't fall prey of these fake reviews, notice firstly none of them have photos as proof. Secondly most of them have copied pasted same line. Third they offer lesser price than market and we in a quest to save some amount end up going with these frauds. Edit 1:- Now there are many fake ratings, all on same day beware of them and mark my review helpful if you decide not to go with this fraud. This is the worst packers and movers, gave him bike for moving, they did not do any packing my bike has been damaged, and they have not given key. If you care of your goods dont ever go with this fraud company. See pic, how they pack for long distance moving.
