Very Poor Service & Rude Staff Traveled today (13/12/2025) from Nagpur to Jabalpur in Vijayant Travels AC bus (Bus No. MH49J1249). The window glass was open, so outside air kept coming in, making the AC almost useless. On top of that, the AC was very slow and did not cool properly. When I complained, the staff behaved extremely unprofessionally. Instead of addressing the issue, they said "you are the only one complaining". When I told them that I would not use this bus in the future, their response was "we don’t need you". This clearly shows that Vijayant Travels does not care about customer feedback or basic service standards. Also, there was no mobile charging point, which is unacceptable for an AC bus. Very disappointing experience. I will not recommend this service to anyone.

I travel from Jabalpur to Nagpur every month by the Volvo which leaves at 11:30 PM in night but in the last few trips, the experience was horrible. The bedsheets and blankets provided were unwashed and stinky. When I complained about the same to the conductor, he responded by saying they wash it on weekly basis which is completely unacceptable. Like how can you guys provide used blankets and bedsheets to your customers. Also the behaviour of the conductor is very rude. Luggage handling is just a joke to them, they would just take out all the bags and keep it on the road without bothering of a possibility of theft. Not traveling by this bus from next time.

Poor service , hyd to jabalpur . The stopping points are terrible, washrooms doesn’t have water . It is very uncomfortable ride. Do not go in this bus . Rude staff
