They are scammers, they are only worried about taking money and once you pay advance for there services, they don’t even provide car and wouldn’t do refund if there driver is not willing to attend. There customer service is hopelessly bad and will not even bother to resolve your issue.. i would have rated them 0 star if the option was available. I had booked for intercity one way travel and after waiting for more then 4 hours driver cab never arrived and there customer service was always persistent that driver is there while nobody arrived at the airport. Completely unprofessional and scammers. Funny thing is if the client shows up 45 min late then they charge 100% of trip cost. But if delay is from there side even for more than 4 hour. They don’t even bother to refund and insist on waiting for infinite amount of time Please beware and never use there service. It’s a big scam.

The taxi services provided by the Rahul Travels are excellent. They provide properly maintained vehicles with proper air conditioning. Their drivers are all good and disciplined. They maintain punctuality and deal with their customers in a professional manner. The long distance taxi services provided by them have eased the journeys of the people.

I used the service from Bilaspur to Raipur. The driver was punctual, decent and dedicated. Although it was all good from driver side, I have few points which they definitely need to look upon.. ✓ speed limit restricted to 60kmph (journey becomes boring) ✓ customer service and other refund related departments are pathetic. I had cancelled my previous ride and was given 2 working days for the refund. Just what you are expecting, no proper responses from any of them. You need to have calls with them much enough so that you get irritated and finally you'll have your in couple of weeks. I had it in 4th week.

Most of the time it's good.. recently we booked it from nagpur to Bilaspur.. and in our journey near bhandara area was flooded.. so we asked for a reschedule (and by this time we've travelled almost 230km in search of a different route and there wasn't any ) but due to their unprofessional rules there is no clause of natural calamity in which they'll show any customer support.. they didn't allowed us to go back to nagpur and told us to stay near flooded area and to wait till the water subsides. After a long argument of 2hrs in hot humid weather they agreed to return to nagpur but only if we'll pay their night charges and extraa km charge and then start our trip the other day.. and that was the moment we realize how Rahul travels works.. the rest is on you to understand..and keep in mind that I am a prime member..

Online experience of booking a cab is OK but adhering to booked schedule is missing and puts the customer in Jeopardy Incident: I booked Innova 5 days ahead of my travel date to realise with a phone call just 10 hours before my scheduled travel date that, Rahul travels cannot arrange the booked car and cannot proceed with the booking... Left me in turmoil since, it was night time and no one else was available to help me travel as it was 1st Jan the next day. me talk to numbers which do not answer or numbers that they never give.... One more flaw: They mention on their website, office in Jabalpur but nothing on the location... Business is operated from Raipur and cannot be trusted as no physical team on location.

Experience is good with Rahul travels as always but the price is high Kindly decrease the price, like for raipur airport to bilaspur is 2k it should be around ₹1500 or not more than ₹1700 Donot reply that you can you buy prime membership please that's is worst .

I appreciate Rahul Travels for there services. Car reached on time, driver was very cooperative and of good nature, car was neat, clean and comfortable for our travel. Overall it was good.
