We booked a cab through this agency, but the experience was very disappointing. The driver (Vikram) had no idea about our travel plan — he didn’t know where to take us, which places were included in the trip, or even the proper pick-up and drop-off timings. There was also no clear communication from the owner (Mr. Satan) or the agency side. Because of this, our trip became stressful and unorganized. I expected a professional and well-managed service, but unfortunately, it did not meet even basic expectations. Would not recommend this agency unless they improve their management and communication. Very wrost and disappointed experience with INGO cabs.
