Very bad service by vrl . There server is not working and customer has to wait for 2-3 hours. Bad experience.

Very poor service asking for extra charge and hamali even after paying in bill. Charge for sms and call but no call and sms received from brach . Extra charge under head of misellenicous charge Staff behavior with costumer not good Very very bad experience with VRL jalgaon Asking for adhar Xerox without any intemetion or information

Very poor service ...they doesnt get us acquire the thing which belongs to us only ....the person who works there was misbehaving with us ...... And they were taking extra charges

Staff is too much slow in work they don't need buisness according to their behaviour sevice time is very short as lunch break & other.Their are different type of charges stationery,hamali,godown, message for material delivery etc etc even they r taking high freight. This type of transport only survives because other transports don't have service in some areas in every city

No visual boards are installed on road side to get exact information about the location of premises, it get's you frustrated when you need to find the place. Second staff is more concern about their daily breaks n activity than making a business. I don't think this franchise lasts for long. well its my personal experience you should get yours if want to visit the transporter.

very bad experiece at jalgao (JGN - branch code )maharashtra branch is worst . I request dont prefer vrl if sending any parcel via Jalgao branch.Very bad responding staff and literally they lying with you. Different person gives you different suggestions in that branch. So Jalgao VRL is worst.
