District Transport Office, Jorhat

my pucc lapsed on Jun 2025 (AS-03R 5945). I have already depsoit Rs. 500/- through online. But my profile is remain locked. please help me for unlock. I am at Kolkata.

The worst DTO there is in Assam. No one wants to do their work. You can't go there and have something done. No one works or even tries to help. They will just sit there and pretend they are deaf no matter what you say or ask. The will just pretend that they don't hear you and won't respond at all. For any work to be done here you have to first contact a dalal pay him like 20 times the money for e.g for a normal ownership transfer the fees is 450 that you pay online and then when you go to submit the documents they will just not accept the file and make unreasonable rules and ask for things that are not required. So ultimately you will get a dalal pay him 4000-5000 rupees and your work will be done with the same amount of paper and files that you already had to begin with.

Worst service. Officials even the MVIs during the test has got no decency to talk with people. Completely pathetic service and behaviour of every officer and employee.

Good Counters Sign, easily recognized. Card Payment methods available. Seating chair available. But Main access is very horrible. In front of main entrance railway line laid out. Parking is so Small.

Nice & courteous service. Well behaved staff. Couldn't give 5 stars for the filthy toilet.

Worst DTO office please some senior officials look into this office

Today I found all the staff very helpful.. Specially Kalpana baideu, counter 13 baideu,counter 8 baideu and counter no 04 sir.. All the staff should cooperating with client.
