I booked this taxi for a 4-day trip covering Junagadh, Gir, Somnath, and Dwarka. I was required to pay the full amount for all 4 days due to a daily minimum of 300 km, even though the driver only drove around 500 km in total during the entire trip. The taxi was sub-contracted and not provided directly by Vatsal Cabs, which was not clearly informed beforehand. The driver was not punctual and showed very rude behavior. Instead of taking responsibility, he kept making excuses and even got into quarrels, making the journey uncomfortable and unprofessional. Additionally, the vehicle used was a private car and not registered as a tourist taxi, which is not ideal. However, the owner was good and helpful and tried to assist when the issue was raised but was too late. Overall, book at your own risk, as the driver experience was disappointing.
