Disgusting Service. Booked a parcel from Kanpur to Lucknow and a GR was generated for an amount of 100/-. At Lucknow I was asked to pay 150/- (additional unethical 50/- added for labour and delivery charges, and the person sitting at the godown justifying it by saying 'Sir hamari yahi kamai hai') On top of that I was asked to pick the parcel of approx 20 kgs from inside the godown and carry myself and load it on my vehicle. So I asked him if I had to pick & load it myself then for what are you charging me on the name of labour charges, same old reply 'Sir yahi hamari kamai hai'. I don't think these transporters are so poor that they have to earn in this unethical way ????????? Pathetic Service and behaviour of staff. No more business with you.
