Never delivery on time.. They always delay your shipment and simply say due this and that it is delayed..
Good nice place staff behavior is so Freandly!
Tried to contact several times but unable to get them regarding arrival of my goods. Personally visited for enquiry and material not reached Vijayawada... Again after 3 days gone to enquire..... Material reached one day before... But no information Has to go from long distance within the city also somewhat strain... If they give information to us
Worst service and negligence regarding goods i recieved my goods in damaged condition , even though goods are in warranty , tci staff and manager are not respond properly and delaying the process … this is a waste and worst transporting service
They don't handle our good proper, The delivery agents will not behave properly .. If you purchase anything in online the website may tell you free delivery but these delivery agent will leave your goods before the gate and they call us and ask for extra money to bring them to our doorstep ..of we say about online rules. They will tell us we don't know ask your online agent ..such a bad agents they are .. They left our sofa at the watchman and they went off without even taking received sign .. I already lodged a complaint in consumer form . I have a full video cc footage and also conversation .. The delivery agent is Suresh . Very bad character with unparlamentry language ......don't believe them ...
Worst experience with this tci freight. Workers don't even know the basics to respect customers. Better to take your package with you than to give your packages to delivery here.
