I really disappointed with the RTO services. Mostly the female RTO teams for the learners license, their behavior is rude. And they are not co-operate with the candidates

Ample parking space available. Good cooperative staff. Need agents help to get fast service otherwise it is difficult to manage the tasks. They provide services regarding vehicle transfer, re passing, driving licence related services.

Im extremely disappointed with RTO service.One of the female staff behavior at the RTO office was extremely rude and dismissive. She yelled at me for asking a simple question and made me feel belittled. The office's atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable. I've never experienced such poor customer service.

Literally no communication, people don't tell you what to do exactly, very poor service.

Too much manual interventions even though online processes have started... Too much waiting time for every small thing, the experience has worsened over the period.
