I had a very horrible experience with this packers and movers company. During shifting, my engagement gift – a Titan automatic watch worth ₹20,000, gifted by my wife – was STOLEN. The company committed that 3 workers would come, but only 2 people arrived. They were completely unprofessional, confused, and clearly did not know what they were doing. After delivery, I found my watch missing. When I complained, the company gave irresponsible and careless responses, trying to escape responsibility instead of resolving the issue. No proper explanation, no accountability. This is not just poor service — this is cheating and looting customers. They are playing with people’s emotions and valuable belongings. ⚠️ DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. If you value your belongings, stay away. I will be formally complaining against this company and taking further action.

I had a great experience with this packers and movers company. The team was polite and cooperative throughout the process. They handled fragile items very carefully. Everything reached safely at the new location. Highly professional and trustworthy service.

I came across South packers and movers 2 years back when i wanted to transfer my old car to Bangalore.. Their service has been exceptional and they provided door to door pickup drop service of my car from Kolkata to Bangalore. The car was delivered to me without any single scratch. Last week again I booked them for a car transport and the service and experience has been very nice. Car also got delivered within 10 days in perfect condition without a single scratch. Great service at reasonable pricing makes them a great choice always.

Good job by the company. Very helpful and also on point with what is possible and what is not. Had things moved to Hyderabad and also locally within Kolkata. I would recommend them to others.

Very bad experience for me when I sent one medium sized Refrigerator for my son staying at P G accommodation at Haldia.During booking on 11th Jan, I was assured of reaching the material within 2/3 days.After 2 days when I enquired through their contact number,the dealing person, Rajesh, told me very unprofessionally that the driver will call my son before delivery.He could not give me any date of delivery not even track the material when I requested. Subsequently, he was very rough in talking & disconnected the line.Then I called another person, Balaram, who actually received the refrigerator from my home.He was slightly better in talking. He told me after tracking,that my material was booked for transport from Kolkata depot after 3 days on 13th instead of 11th. He even could not tell me any possible date of delivery. Finally it was delivered after repeated communication with Balaram on 20th Again during delivery, the respective delivery person was also very rough in behavior.I told initially to Rajesh & Balaram to deliver the material to my son after 5 pm as my son is a medical student & will be busy in his scheduled examination upto 4.30 pm.But it was not communicated & the material was sent around 2.30 PM,when nobody was there to receive. The delivery person was threatening me to leave with the material. Ultimately I requested one local person over telephone from kolkata to receive the material. The delivery person didn't lift the material upto Ist floor where my son reside.He dropped the material on road. So, This company is very unprofessional in their service & have no system of tracking the booked material.It is very unsafe to deal with this company.

Recently brought items from Siliguri to Kolkata upon transfer through South Movers & Packers... Services & packing are outstanding... No items damaged... Recommended ✅
