I had a nice experience while visiting RTO E Seva Kendra

Located in the first floor of the building. So much crowded but not much chairs or facilities outside.

"I want to share my recent experience at Kollam RTO. The e-Sevanam counter staff (not government employees) behaved very rudely and were not cooperative, which was disappointing for a public service center. At the same time, I must appreciate the counter person and the Joint RTO, who were extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout my process. I hope authorities will monitor the behavior of outsourced e-Sevanam staff so that people get respectful service."

Very bad experience they didn't take the phone calls very poor

i went there for IDP after applying it online and to get the physical copy. But the paper for printing the license was not there i went there three times Each day they will say it haven’t come such a worst experience

I had to visit the JRTO to change the ownership of vehicle. He is an extremely decent person. He is straight forward and also very polite in his communication. He did the work efficiently and also guided us on what to do next. My best experience ever from a government office.
