Bad experience here. They are careless workers. They sent another women's parcel with my 12 parcels. Instead they kept my one parcel with them. When they realize the ladie's parcel missed, they called me at 11.45 midnight and asked me to sent their parcel by bus to them and told me to come and collect my parcel at their office on next day. I refused to send that parcel. Finally they sent my parcel by delivery boy and collected that ladie's parcel.
