Deputy RTO Ratnagiri

I want to share my Experience with Dy RTO Office Ratnagiri. I applied the renewal of my Father's Driving Licence through eKYC mode & after uploading the documents we were waiting for the Licence. But after 10-15 days also, my father didn't receive his licence. So I alled the RTO Office. There was a query in the uploaded documents. RTO officer nicely explained over a telephone & my query was resolved within next 1 hour! I really want to appreciate the quick response & resolution from RTO Office.

If your test slot is 08:45 hours, better visit it after 09:30 hrs since the office opens at 09:30 hrs and starts operation at 10:00. Above can happen only during online application and slot booking, I find I was the only applicant who reached early, rest who done the process through agents were reached on time. Office clerical staff who do verification of documents make it ready for your documents for the test is quite rude. Though senior officials were pretty much friendly.

For learning licence there should be separate facilities for females Staff should be polite and helpful utmost 16/05/24 building is under renovation construction work is going on

#__applying online would save your money, instead go with traditional agents. #__clean area , has canteen in the same building, #__if possible then confirm whether required officers available or not to save your time and money. #__keep your behavior polite and be patient to get your work done. ##__handglows are compulsory due to covid norm (as of now in 2021) updated suggestion:: if you have applied for learning licence online then check out list of the document for permanent licence when you go for learning licence document verification (which is in room no. 20)and try to know procedure (where to verify , when to go for test, etc.) of permanent licence /endorsement of licence ( in case addition of another class of vehicle to existing licence)etc.. *** because online document list don't provide you all required documents *** Above suggestion is to avoid jumbling and to save time and energy on the driving-test day)

Not service Properly.. But good atomosphere.. *All papers work done here related govt tax permit license etc.

Very slow processing. It's frustrating to visit RTO office, if and only if you are submitting all your documents yourself (There is Only Agent Bazar). I am not blaming all officers, but The some officers will let you inform that, you need to come within 4-5 days in RTO office for sign of officer. This happened when I visit RTO office first time for Learning License. The most laughing thing is the officer refer you to do work from *Agent*.

Illegally vehicles without yellow number plates or T-permit running through Dapoli taluka and the passengers aquisition of service's totally without knowing the drawbacks of usages of service, if it's not under the government surveillance ,then still we aren't the best country yet!! Too many illegally operated vehicles wothout permit ,is an unseen issue by RTO Ratnagiri,which needs to be very much keenly observed ,coz if any accident happens who is responsible is RTO Ratnagiri taking responsibility of all of this in coming few days ?
