Navata Transport Machilipatnam branch, krishna district, Andhra pradesh behaved very badly to consumers. They are abused. Most of the charges. I want to take action.
better to prefer some other transport than this .they deal rudely with customers and they create uncessary issue in the consignment.google doesnt have a option of negative stars otherwise i would have given that and not allowing to post not less than one star .for that reason i have given one star.
Apart from actual bill amount they charge more 20 rupees for each rice bag for filling documents and 10 rupees for carry the rice.bag which is very worst and charging more from customers without bill. This needs to be controlled.
Transport services are too bad they took the consignment and delayed the transport on the promised date, and when we go to ask they are very rude at us.... The recieving partner is also a rude person made me wait for more than an hour I attach a picture that shows how they handled the transport
Worst service by Navata, they cant even deliver my courier from hyd to mtm, missed my parcel
