They charged me for full truck but sent my items in sharing. My expensive fridge worth 1.2 lakh was damaged due to their fault. Furthermore, they blackmailed me by saying that they would not deliver my KTM bike if i didn't pay them more. Please do not use their service.

My helmet is not delivered and no update. I will wait and do try my best to get it back. I won't stop for only rating .. only my bike delivered.

Did not like the point that these people give false commitment to the customer. I also did not get any tracking number even though I booked the whole truck. I did a big mistake not choosing Agarwal Packers and movers who are very authentic. If you want hassle free shifting then go for Agarwal packers and don't come here.

I wish Google provided an option to give zero stars! One star is too good for max packers! Go to them if you have no regard whatsoever for your goods. Forget the good reviews, they are posted by the staff! I considered them because they are cheaper than Agarwal packers and also the other branded ones. But they will not return all your stuff and refuse to acknowledge the same. ( They did not return my side table and plastic chairs. They also stole 3 of my brand new blankets. Thieves! ) Also the stuff you get back will be damaged. ( I got a damaged bed and sofa set.) So in the end, you end up paying much more. And the harrassment, non responsiveness and rude behaviour is what you get without paying anything extra. ( They called me a day before my stuff reached my city that they have been caught by RTO people on the borders who are demanding for money. And when i asked them to hand over the phone to them, they refused. However they had the audacity to ask me for money for this cooked up story.) But in the end, whose fault was it to go to them - mine! Hence I suffered. If you have not suffered sufficiently in a while- consider them please. I feel like filing a case but like most of you who read this review, I do not have the bandwidth to fight the same.
