It's been 5 weeks since one of the wheels of my office chair came out during transport. Have followed up multiple tines .. 0 dedication to get it repaired. Was told to find someone nearby and get it repaired. Upon finding, the price quoted is apparently too high. Does not want to send someone to repair either. Delivery was fine but follow up service is garbage. Would not recommend.
